Services - Managing Change

MLA East Midlands

The Board of the Regional Agency decided to review the strategic purpose and structure of the organisation in view of the changing environment in which it was operating. We were appointed to support the Board in all aspects of the review.

This involved consultation with Board members, staff and partners to determine the organisation's vision and strategic direction, along with the key features of a new organisational structure to deliver the Board's ambition. We then supported the Board throughout its staff recruitment process to put in place a new structure which was better fitted to deliver the Board's vision.
