London Development Agency/UK Trade & Investment London: Dual Key Strategy
We supported the LDA on agreeing with UKTI London a 'dual key' strategy and delivery plan to integrate their international trade support activities. The LDA and UKTI London had failed to reach agreement by the deadline set by Government and effectively had arrived at an impasse.
The work programme entailed an analysis/alignment of the strategic priorities of the two organisations, a workshop for UKTI London/LDA staff to strengthen working relationship between the two organisations, brokering negotiation between them on the proposed delivery plan and preparation of a Memorandum of Understanding for joint signature.
