Greenwich Council: Heritage Services
We were appointed by the Council, as the major funding body, to undertake a scoping and feasibility study to explore future options for Greenwich Heritage Centre, and Firepower, the Royal Artillery Museum, as sustainable museum services.
Our work involved an assessment of the viability of shared operations and services, as well as an options analysis on the future activities of both facilities. This included a joint visioning workshop for Board members, councillors and senior staff from both organisations to devise a shared vision which could inform the future development of the Royal Arsenal Heritage Quarter where both facilities are located.
