Our evaluation of Phase II of the South East Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) helped SEEDA, not only assess the Service's value for money, but also formulate its plans for Phase III of MAS in response to guidelines laid down by Government.
As well as examining the impact of support on individual businesses, the work programme utilised self evaluation techniques so that the MAS contractor could measure the extent to which it had achieved its objectives as well as plot its position in relation to delivery of the core service elements required of all MAS contractors for Phase III.
